Hope for the future

Hope for the future

Many of us are of the opinion that the present time is bad and the future looks more bleak. World economies are facing a crisis, bailout packages are coming one after the other and the situation is vivid in most countries. The recession started to take its toll even in India, as many Indians including top notch scientists to laborers from across the world and even inside India lost their jobs and are facing tough times. Many economists even went on to say that the death of globalization has started and the borders are going to be more tight than ever before. Surprisingly, if we look back, the communism failed in 1990's followed by capitalism, which failed within next 20 years from then. The immediate question infront of us will be what is the best option. Is that of Nehru's policy of a mixed economy of both capitalism and the communism with the right mix. As of now, I don't have an answer to say, but probably the coming days have a say in this regard .

These are not the questions infront of us in the coming days since the general elections are due within a couple of months. Interestingly, may be first time in the history of India, that the general elections are falling on the time when all corporates/countries are looking for a competent leadership to tackle the current scenario. In a similar fashion, we Indians, are also hoping for a capable and more competent leadership after the elections. Anyways, tough times are ahead for the new govt., since many Indian companies are showing the symbols of economic meltdown. Probably a more appropriate way to say that it is a meagre feeling of an avaerage middle class man. After all,we are Indians who have more faith in future than present and survive all these conundrums more effectively or otherways with legitimate efficacy.

First step before the many steps

First step before the many steps

Finally, I am into the world of blogging, a free world where one can express his ideas without censoring, without editorial enigma and ofcourse with a lot of freedom to conjecture. The idea to write a blog came to my heart after reading the malayalam bloggers classic "Kodakarapuranam", vinodasala.blogspot.com and similar inline, more specifically "Compulsive Confessor" like, with more explicit expressive feeling of the modernity of Indian metros. Though, these blogs filled me with the incessant energy and excitement to write, however, I shied away, because of the beginners’ nightmare, the startup problem -as the title says. The initial confusion prevailed over was with the title and later with prioritizing the language and finally all the way went into the selection of topic. Needless to say, it took many years for me to understand that these are not the issues of a blogger, but for those who does it professionally. Right now, I don't have any special topic to talk on or an innovative idea to discuss, but somehow want to publish my first blog without hardships and with frolic. The moment I started, I was enlightened with the title "first step before the many steps" and here is my First blog for all of you.

In this blog,I want to discuss all the issues pertaining from Science to Religion, Politics to Economics, Movies to Literature and hopefully many more. Please keep visiting and post your valuable comments and suggestions.
